Yah. It’s been about 2 months since I’ve last done one of these. ALOT has been going one. Moved to N.Y, started working at Shade 45 and on another project (that I can’t share yet but am uber excited about) and needless to say my loves….I’ve been slippen on my pic steez! Last year I hosted this sold out show at The Roxy, so sad I wont be there this year but trust me when I say…if you’re in L.A you DO NOT want to miss this Strong Arm Steady show!! Of course the guys will be doing cuts off their new album, some of your fav past ones and Self Scientific + Skeme will be there…. sounds like all the things a great night in L.A is made of

I was in N.Y this week on biz when the infamous Sway gave me the honor of guest hosting with him as he launched his first week of Sway in the mornings on Shade 45! This week was JAM PACKED with guests and celeb well wishers! From the call in’s- EMINEM, Diggy Simmons, Estelle, Tyrese, Bun B, Ludacris- to the live in studio guests – Cee-lo, Big Gip, Kreayshawn, Kendrick Lamar, Jay Rock, Jerry Ferrara, Alley Boy- Sway in the mornings brought ALOT to radio this week.
Oh yah, and we can’t forget the CLASSIC freestyle’s and unheard interviews (circa The Wake up Show) that ran… TUPAC, Crooked i, Common….Whaaaaat?! Yes.

BET awards season is always one of my favorite times of the year. SO MUCH went down this weekend, the pics wont even do it justice. From the Radio Room, to the Label & Magazine parties, to catching up with friends, doing interviews and of course…feasting, I saw it all and did it all…. Days later…i’m still tired lol.

My Bday was on June 18th and I celebrated with a big party in the H, but it was only right to do the same back home in L.A too!
My girl Mari (whose bday was on 6.22!) and I celebrated at a cute spot in Studio City with a few close friends
