Last night I hung out at club seven forty for Vikter Duplaix’s “Kiss and Grind” party. DJ Rashida held down the music and Bilal, Sheila E, Goapele, Questlove, Chad Hugo, Foreign Exchange, and Eric Roberson were on Deck.
Caught up with Bilal and Goapele while there, Hardknock tv footage coming soon
Here’s part 2 with Warren Geezy. We touched on Nate Dogg, Detox, the future of the West Coast and his Album “G Files”. Enjoy! Thanks Regulator
I had the chance to sit down with Warren G at one of his show’s recently and chop it up about what he’s working on now and his career thus. I always thought that it was interesting that during the era of Death Row, Warren who has strong ties with Dre and Snoop struck out on his own and had global success at Def Jam. One of the realest sit down’s I’ve had. More with warren to come. Shouts to Nick Huff!
Here’s another vid from John Hope Bryant’s 5MK event.
This vid features your’s truly, Tyrese, Quincy Jones, QD3, John Hope Bryant and Jeff Johnson on keys to success and making smart sexy.

“Hi Hater” was my Anthem for most of last year and “All the above” is my Anthem for this year. Shouts to Maino for providing my soundtrack lately.
His Album “If Tomorrow Comes” is in stores now and I highly reccomend you pick it up if you haven’t!
We chatted about the 10 year bid he did in prison (talk about success story), and how he is becoming the new face of NY in a music industry run by the old heads. Very interesting guy. Wish him all the success in the world.
Out Takes: Maino pitching a his reality show idea…”For the love of Maino.” After spending 10yrs in prison…he has a lot of woman conquoring to catch up on.
Busta Rhymes stopped by to chop it up on his Radio run for “Back on my B.S”. My producer nick joked with me the whole time that I was flustered (was not!). But really what I wanted to get to the meat and potatoes of was his relationship with D.R.E. Dre who never seems to want to put his artists out, released Busta from aftermath seemingly drama free (compared to others). In and out of Busta being as diplomatic as he could be (I got the dirt off camera though) we also touched on his 5 percent beliefs and of course…how to get back on your B.S.
Outakes: When he first sat down, Busta spent a solid 10 minutes talking about how white and straight my teeth were. Maybe thats why I was flustered? Shouts to New image dental in inglewood
