Arms & Hammers: The Foundation is a short 15-minute film about everyday life in the City of Los Angeles. It follows three young men who approach survival differently but all-in-all have the same purpose throughout. The characters by no means reflect the individuals in Strong Arm Steady directly, but more so we believe they reflect the individual in us all, which is the basis of SAS music and Arms & Hammers. I guess you can call it the ghetto’s duality. The film was written and directed by me & my bro Picaso (LAC). We came with the vision beginning to end. My boys Strong Arm Steady got in in last night with Planet Asia, Chace Infinite and Tristate. Fun times!
My girls Bombai and Devi (yes there is another person named “devi” yay!) were in tow and I have to give shouts to an awesome new happy hour spot we enjoyed before hitting the show. If you havent yet been to The Library Bar on hope street in downtown LA its a must!

Tuesday night The Roxy on sunset was definitely the place to be! Strong Arm Steady threw a release show for their “In search of Stoney Jackson” album that was completely sold out and chalked full of great cameo performances like Self Scientific, Langauge Arts, Planet Asia, Tristate, U-N-I, and my favorite collabo of the night…Black Thought and David Banner (Watch Vid HERE)! Shouts to B-Real, Charlamagne the God, Lil Duval, Lil X and Daylan from Hip Hop Official who were also in building
